Volume feels like progress. It isn't.
A wave of tools now fires AI-written applications at hundreds of postings on your behalf. They charge for the feeling of momentum and leave a pile nobody wanted to read.
From a job posting to a final decision.
Choose where your data lives, add your background and provider, then create, tailor and track every application.
A local folder or Google Drive.
One place for every application.
Store your applications as structured folders with readable files and metadata. Connect Google Drive to access them from any device, always one click away.
Everything about you, we'll pick the ones that matter.
Keep your experience, education, skills, projects and links in one reusable profile. Every tailored draft starts with facts you provided.
Choose your provider. Pay it directly.
Connect to any provider you want and pay its normal price. No made-up pricing from a middleman. Or use a free API and pay nothing at all.
Tailor the resume. Then make it yours. Tailor the resume. Make it yours.
Start with the job posting, build a focused draft, then adjust the wording, section order, layout, colours and typefaces before you export.
Stay on top of every application.
Move each application from preparation through screening and interviews to its final outcome.
Keep every interview round, its date and your notes in the same application.
Everything you need is free.
Organise applications, tailor resumes, export PDFs and use your own provider without paying us. If Rejectory helps, you can support future work with a coffee.
Use every core feature for free. Forever.
Before you start.
The eight things people ask first, answered plainly. Anything the answers leave open, the terms and privacy pages spell out in full.
Yes. Every core feature costs nothing, from tracking and documents through to tailoring and export. There is no card, no trial and no locked tier. Supporting the project is optional and changes nothing about what you can use.
In a folder you own, either on your own disk or in your own Google Drive. Rejectory has no database and keeps no copy, so every application is a plain JSON file and every document a plain PDF, sitting in that folder. You can open, back up or delete them without the app.
No. There is no sign-up, no password and no email address to hand over. You connect Google Drive only if you choose Drive as your storage, and that connection is between you and Google.
Gemini, OpenRouter, Groq, Claude, ChatGPT, DeepSeek and Grok. You bring your own key and pay the provider its normal price, with nothing added on top. Gemini, OpenRouter and Groq all have free tiers, so you can tailor documents without paying anything.
It tailors what you already have. You give it your profile and the job description, and it proposes structured changes field by field rather than a wall of invented prose. Nothing reaches your document until you accept it, so every line stays yours.
Yes. Tracking applications, storing resumes and cover letters, editing them on the canvas and exporting PDFs all work with no key connected at all. The AI is an optional helper, not the product.
Nothing to cancel and nothing to rescue. Your folder is already the archive. Open it and your applications and documents are there in formats any computer can read. Leaving costs you a single click on the export button, or no clicks at all.
Yes. The layout is built for a phone as much as a desktop. Google Drive storage works on every device; a local folder works wherever the browser supports the File System Access API, which today means desktop Chrome and Edge.
Notes on applying well.
Fewer applications, each one worth reading.
